The Coastal Run

This route is still under development, but there was a show a few years ago about a couple trying to hike all along the Texas coast, and Virginia said, "Hey, we should do that. I mean, in a car." So, I started doing a map, but there is a lot of the coast that has no real roads - and Padre Island National Seashore has 55 miles of beach that can be driven -- in a 4x4. So, this route will need some tweaking.
